Yes alliance can do that. See, thats something he should have open to all members to at least see. That fact is not helping him right now. Hiding the bank and, by the looks of it, only allowing him to use it is below scum.

He then used the alliance bank to send all of that to his multis bank. Tell me. Can your see your alliances bank?

Just look at his nation. It cant not self sustain itself. He has been feeding off of his bank, there for feeding off of YOU.

A few? Please define a "few" take a look at his logs again. In the span of three days, he has taken 400k. He has given anything back. He also hasn't been using it to grow. He has been using it to keep himself up. That is equivalent to what Imperialism is. Take someone over and use their resources with out their regards. Sure, he can give "some" back, but that doesn't over the the millions he has stolen and given to himself and his multi.

You dont understand. The proof shows that he has been using the money for his own reasons. And the fact that you cant see your own bank activity should persuade u even more on the fact that he is using you guys as a tax farm. Geez, look at his multi. He has broken the rules before. This time he took everything from your alliance and hid it in one created by HIM to hid it. P.S. You should also do more research into your own alliance. He has simply been using the money and resources to fund himself. Go ahead and check his bank logs. With the military size he has, he cant be self sustained at all. Open your eyes already. He is using you guys. Everyone on that alliance is there to simply run his military..

Yes as soon as people notice what he did, he quickly sent the "cash" to the bank, then to his multi.

Thats the point of this suggestion. Gives spys something to do when in peace time. And can do some weird things at war if played right.

This is a great idea. Honestly it helps both parties out but still a great way to get around someone selling extremely cheep and u wanting to buy it.

Satellites are a nice idea but I think it shouldn't go under a "national project". The building required to make them could. Maybe calling it the Space Agency. Something along those lines. This could add the ability to make three satellites, all costing differently and taking different amounts of time to set up (comparing to the amount of time it takes to lunch one and sending it to the location it needs to go). There can be the Spy Satellite which would increase your espionage and counter espionage efforts. The Tac Satellite which would increase the amount of damage your missiles/air strikes would do. And lastly the Global Communication Satellite which would increase commercial income nation wide by 5. As an added note, you would only be able to make a Satellite for ever two cities that are above 1.5k infra to point out that only the best nations can make it to space. The cost? Not sure. That can be debatable as people think of the fuel each satellite would take to get to space. Maybe uranium to give it another use other then nuclear warheads or nuclear power plants.

Thing is , they do have a Forums, so they should be active on this site as well. Their leader is also somewhat active on here so he knows what he is doing isnt right.

You are also using a multi to hold the cash you "gave back". This is just wrong and clear violation of the rules.
