The idea is this project would only be economically advisable for larger nations. At that time, the little guys should get hit by them so it wont effect that part. What it would effect is the time between wars and the amount of battles in one day.

That's up to debate here. I was thinking maybe it would require steel, alum, and gas? The tree big resources used for war. Not sure how much tho. All open to debate.
