Kurdanak Posted October 17, 2015 Share Posted October 17, 2015 https://politicsandwar.com/forums/index.php?/topic/8764-trade-embargos/ The general consensus the last time this was suggested (although that consensus obviously could have changed by this point) was that the effectiveness of mass embargoes should be based on an alliance's activity and coordination, and the ability of their leaders.
