As a former member of the #1 (currently #2) alliance of Orbis, Archmage Mima was sick and tired of the "same old" safe strategies that have sucked all the fun and enjoyment out of Politics and War for many people. To this end, the PSHV will aim to promote a more enjoyable inter-alliance experience, one that doesn't require its spherelings to follow in lock-step. There's more to a sphere than slaving away under its one decision maker.
