Point to that quote is if the speaking softly doesn't work, use the stick. These guys seem to enjoy the beating, so give them more of what they love. "It's better to give, than receive" TEst's objective was to remove SI's leader from power and nothing else. They achieved that objective so they no longer needed to fight. Why is it so hard to believe that Hereno stepping down as leader of Socialist International caused them to accept peace?
