Changes to Food Usage + New Project

I feel that food production is pretty useless with how the game is right now considering its way better to just buy the food off the market, so an increase to food consumption seems like it would be pretty neat and would help make food more valuable. Then to help counter act this a new project that would either decrease food production or allow you to make a new type of food: GMO Crops. Which GMO Crops would feed the people about double of what normal food would.

Just because it may not be profitable for you to produce food, does not mean it's not profitable to produce food. Larger nations, especially ones with large amounts of land, gain a large profit from food sales.

The general concept is that resource production is good for smaller nations.
Mixing in refinement gets better as you get a little bigger and perhaps some projects to aid in refining rates
Food is where it's at for large nations.

Just as a reference, I personally make about 150k food a day.  Pre, I think makes even more than I do.
