That is to say, the bonus is being applied, but it is not displayed anywhere. Using the numbers displayed, income should be slightly more than 99% of what is displayed, indicating that the 1% increase is included before the displayed revenue is shown. Administrators Alex Posted August 26, 2014 Administrators Share Posted August 26, 2014 The 1% bonus you get from being a Democracy isn't a commerce bonus, it's a bonus to your gross revenue. It applies the same way the color stock bonus does, not to your cities, but you'll see an increased amount when you're a Democracy on your revenue page vs. when you're not a Democracy (an increased gross revenue, being a stratocracy would reduce bills etc. that might give you an overall higher net revenue, but the Democracy 1% gross income bonus does work).
