Te offensive nationalistic driven terror campaign in mainland Asia done by Rok has sparked a large flame for the defense of the homeland, the rights of the regular worker and civilian which would be highly in danger when they are not under the hand of a powerful state. As there was a large communist presence in China the people there have firstly asked the Internationale for the helping protective hand of fellow Communist brothers to which the Premier agreed upon. The first landings in China have been made on the tip of the Peninsula in the Shangdong province where the Comessariat of Chinese Affairs has been established. The state has started construction to which improve the daily standard of living for the ordinary person there, with new open jobs soon to be made, more commercial and residental improvements with the quality of products being increased. The influence of the Internationale is spreading across the whole province slowly and the plan is to focus the population and economy of the Shangdong province at the tip with migration happening because of the previously mentioned improvements to the life of a regular person. The plans set up for the chinese affair is split. It is either to be done by concetration or direct long term expansion by the state.

On the topic of more "Revolutionary liberation" comes the States expansion into far eastern Russia, with the same changes coming to the new provinces as there were to the first liberated russian states. Although, there were reports now of odd activity with unusual sounds being heard on border cities between Rok and the BI. They went from howling from many wild animals to mass gun fire with no one being able to decipher it except suspect that the Internationale is pursuing a terror campaign against Rok to bring up some fear into their populace.

After midnight, on the beginning of the 25th day of December, this year, the decision was final on the topic of Free Scotland for now. The Passport of Free Scotland is to be separated from the Internationale's Red Passport, meaning no allowance of foreign Scots to the Internationale, except if they departed from the Internationale and have a 'life' behind them in the British Isles, in the means of house, family, or anything of those sorts. While People from Free Scotland will not be able to enter using 'the red passport', they will be granted relatively free movement in Scotland and free entrance into Scotland by boat or plane if they were to decide to make an official new passport which was recognized by the official government of Free Scotland and it being reported to the Internationale.

The clearance of movement and travel of Free Scots in Scotland will be put under surveillance. They will be classified as tourists and the rules would be put up more strict on them. Minor law breaks will hold a fine or a pass, while major ones will result in either death by firing squad or a travel ban for the individual Scot whom broke the law and damage the travel clearance of other Scots by either a total ban of all travel, depending on the amount of damage caused by the law breaking. 

People whom want to work in Scotland from Free Scotland were to go under an application for a special work Visa, as well as Students. Passengers from Free Scotland, with the new passport wanting to enter the rest of the Internationale will be sent back. The same goes for violation of the 'tourist visa' by working illegally inside the Internationale Scotland Province. The Free Scots are allowed a 6 month stay inside Scotland with the 'tourist visa' which goes along the Free Scottish passport. 

Free Scotland and it's leadership were to be informed via telegram of this occurrence in the law making of the Internationale regarding the movement of Free Scots in Scotland.

The Kingdom of Scotland was informed of the new laws made by the British Internationale, and it made many people happy, including the Queen. While the government was in agreement with the Queen that official passports wouldn't really be necessary as they still use British Internationale waters and and airways, they would start making some formal passports recognizable by other countries of the world and confirmable by Kingdom of Scotland officials. This was a step in the right direction towards freedom for Scotland and its people, but it was a proper and responsible thing for the Queen to send funds toward, and the country should accept responsibility for their citizens actions. 

The Queen had begun issuing a new law of their own as soon as they heard of the news from the British Internationale; No unauthorized hostile action will be taken against the British internationale in any manner. Due to the tensions and fragile alliance or truce, any hostility from a citizen of Scotland towards the British Internationale in any manner, will bring punishment that means immediate banishment. Should the citizen attempt to force their way back into Scotland, the Scottish Government will arrest the criminal and escort them back to the British internationale should they wish to carry out punishment. 

Many Scots who chose to leave the British Internationale left behind lives, family, and other important things. Along with their Queens happiness, the populace decided to hold celebrations on their small islands, now being allowed to enter and leave Scotland and the British Internationale without the threat of never being able to return to either country. While the Kingdom of Scotlands population wasn't many, it was growing and burdening to the small islands. They don't know anything other than the United Kingdoms of parliament and democracy that were forced onto them. Eventually, given time to develop, they may learn to become Democratic, or even rejoin, or make their own form of government similar to the British Internationale. But for now, they wanted their sense of self back. However, they also resorted to Monarchy as they were rebellious to the other government structures; becoming democratic so quickly felt like it would be submitting and accepting the oppression they had received, or feel weak. Many were anti-socialist, perceiving the idea that in a moment where they could have become independent, they become occupied. Still, the Scottish that aren't socialist, and all the others, still see the British Internationale as family, and that's why they still treat them with respect, trying to leave behind the pain of the past.
