The Umbrella-Resoria Project

The Umbrella Corporation and the Resoria's government met earlier this week and negotiated on a unnamed project. The project is currently unknown, as Home Office has refused to share any form of information to us, besides that they have reached an agreement with Resoria. Home office did state however that this is a great step towards building further relations with Resoria and hopes this will bring them closer in relations.

Project Synthesis

Goal: Assist Resoria upgrade their Synth Program with Security for the AIs used for the Synths and to assist with the fake skin.

 

Security Upgrades planned: Create a carbon copy of the Red Queen's Encryption Keys and modify it to be user friendly towards Resoria's government. Also provide training for their associates on how to create keys to ensure they only have access to their Synths.

Tertiary goal is to utilize a cost efficient method of creating an alloy more durable than steel while also cheaper.

Skin Project goal: To make the skin as realistic as possible. All means to fulfil this outcome has been approved by the Consul and the President and CEO of Umbrella. 

Budget: Undefined. No set limits have been created at this time.

After extensive testing, it was decided to utilize the titanium used to cover the blade of the black hawk, named Ti-6Al-4V. We would immeadietely begin to seek out a method for creating the alloy in a more cost effective way, essentially slashing the cost of the Sentinel unit in half. This would be studied by a smaller group of staff, while the majority would begin developing a method of grafting realistic skin onto the Sentinel unit in order to more effectively hide the units among civilian populations, the titanium eliminating the need for kevlar to be attached to the unit.

Using the technology developed by a commercial institute, paired with strenuous testing and some minor changes, a synthetic skin that takes the appearance of human skin. While being able to alter itself similiar to that of a squid, I'd able to change from 2d to 3d. The 2d skin helps with standard manuver, while the 3d version permits buyoncey and prevents the Sentinel from sinking to the bottom of the ocean should it end up in the water.
