Novian Reconstruction Project

During our fight for our independence, some towns and cities were turned to rubble. Our roads were destroyed and communication within the country is impaired. All of it was from scorched earth. This must be resolved as fast as possible in order for our nation to prosper. Our advisors estimated reconstruction of our infrastructure will take 1-2 months at a minimum and will cost several millions or go into the trillions. We urge MoG[Corp] to help us rebuild our infrastructure and our allies to to the same.

The required paperwork to sent to the mysterious leader AwesomeNova to arrange for minimal interest loans to the Nova Empire to pay for restoring their infrastructure levels to as advanced as they could have been in the early 21st century. Such a project would mainly consist of a high speed rail, internet, and highways/roads, along with providing improvements where possible to traditional structural design. The workforce was mainly supplied by the native unions and construction companies providing the labor, and Corporate engineers working in conjunction with Nova Empire businesses to assist in establishing a positive economy in the country.

The Novian Government weighed their options of a slow reconstruction, or a potential debt. A few unpopular congressional members spoke out against the offer saying that Nova Empire don't need no help. Despite that, Congress agreed that the money can potentially speed up the reconstruction process, increase employment for the time being, and it could stimulate the the economy. Congress of Nova Empire gladly accepted the low interest loan and help of MoG. A sprinter, substituting the phone/internet lines, ran to the White House to send the message. AwesomeNova shared it to Mogar.

Official State Department Announcement:

President Dean Carlos Valera sat in the Presidential Office after making his monthly address to the People's National Assembly. After careful thoughts. He agreed helping our allies economically when ever we can, is a must. President Valera has signed an Order to send millions of dollars to aid our new allies.

The Novian Government is requesting foreign workers to reconstruct destroyed infrastructure and communication.  Advisors of the President estimate that reconstruction with foreign workers might shorten completion length to about 15-20 days

Hungadada would be happy to send 4000 military engineers (builders) to help in the rebuilding of the infrastructure of Nova. This way, we can help the Novian government provide the services it should towards its citizens, and allow the country of Nova to grow faster and more evenly then before.

Unemployment rate hasn't been this low in a long time. Our major highways are already halfway reconstructed. A few cellphone towers, power lines, etc have been built and are now in operation. The 4000 military engineers, while small, gave the Novuan builders some focus.

The reconstruction of our infrastructure and communication is complete. If their home country requires them to go back, all foreign workers can stay if they wish. We ourselves can reconstruct our towns and our brethren's homes. This project will  help hold together our country and assess our nation's problems.
