The Umbrella Corporation making a comeback?

The Committee, nine people in total sit in a conference room located in South America, in the previous known city of Nexus HQ....

 

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I am here today to announce the recreation of the Umbrella Corporation. The time of our subsidiary Companies fighting each-other for dominance to create the Umbrella brand again is only hurting us, and the loss of the Parent Company, Umbrella Corporation, we lost our ability to work together. This must come to a stop, and we must do it fast, as the world is changing, and not changing for the best. We must come together for a world Humanity can live a life of safety, healthy, and controlled. Humans are running amuk with the new nation of Walpurgis recent actions against humanity. With their action, the need for pharmaceutical drugs sky rocketed, and is a great opportunity to increase our revenue, however we cannot do that without a centralized system. Lets come together, and reform the Umbrella Corporation! Let our business thrive in this dangerous world," the man leading the meeting screamed.

 

The committee, CEO's and Leaders of the subsidiary companies left behind the fall of Umbrella Corporation, watched and muttered agreement. 

 

On this day, June 8th, 2017, the Committee hereby declares its existence to bring quality medical drugs to the population at an affordable price. We hereby authorize the manufacturing of Umbrella-held drugs to be distributed to merchants, and active marketing to surpass our competitors. We hereby authorize the creation of the Umbrella Security Services(U.S.S) and Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Services(U.B.C.S) to defend and protect Umbrella high-level VIPS and assets. We hereby authorize the use of Military-Grade vehicles, and aircrafts to be purchased and/or manufactured to further our ability to succeed. We hereby annex the territory of the Milky Way Initiative, and claim their existing Military hardware as our own. All MWI property now belongs to the Umbrella Corporation, and theft of any MWI technology will be considered a hostile attack against the Umbrella Corporation.

Isaacs sighs and asks Alicia, "Do you think the public will fall for our attempt to rise again? Will they accept us, or will they denounce us?"

He has doubts of their plan. Convincing the CEO's of puppet companies to regroup and recreate the Umbrella Corporation was easy, the hard part just began....

 

He loses track of Alicia's reply and dozes into a million questions...
