Eva-Beatrice Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 (edited) In the late hours of the night on the 10th of December, a private meeting was held between Eva-Beatrice and the new leader of Sweden, Gilbert Beilschmidt. Many things were discussed, including the state of current relations between Rokkenjima and Sweden. It wasn't long before an opportunity presented itself, one that would benefit both leaders equally. After a short discussion, an agreement had been reached. Sweden would turn over their colony of Hong Kong to Rokkenjima, and in exchange, Rokkenjima would sign a Mutual Defense and Optional Aggression Pact with Sweden (now the Federation of Alexiamia and Sweden). With the meeting over, the Witch Council moved quickly to begin the transition of power from Sweden to Rokkenjima over Hong Kong. A new leader for the city was quickly appointed, making Hong Kong the second of Rokkenjima's colonies to have its own leader. Being quite popular among the citizens of Hong Kong, the Council appointed Liu Xiu to lead them. Liu Xiu A speech by both the Witch Council and Liu Xiu was held earlier today to address the populace, as well as assure them that their customs and way of life would not be affected as a result of the deal. Sweden's FA situation has worsened over the past while, and so it's good to see them still play nice to others. We wish Liu Xiu good fortune as she leads Hong Kong.
