Rare Resources

So this idea is kinda influenced by rare resources in the RTS video game "Rise of Nations". Basically rare resources wouldn't actually have quantities like the standard resources in P&W do, instead they would be static bonuses (like resources in (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn't be bringing it up anyways)), except that rare resources wouldn't be permanent; every turn their would be a random chance your nation finds a rare resource. If you find one, it would last say 5 days until it is "depleted" and disappears, during those 5 days your nation gets the bonus associated with that resource. Rare resources would not be trade-able. Here's some ideas:

Diamonds: Increases your gross income.

Gold: Increases your gross income.

Silver: Increases your gross income.

Platinum: Slightly increases gross income. Slightly reduces cost of Tanks.

Titanium: Reduces Tank and Ship casualties in war. Slightly reduces Steel cost of Ships and Tanks.

Saltpeter: Increases the productivity of Munitions Factories (without increasing the amount of Lead used).

Sulfur: Increases the productivity of Munitions Factories (without increasing the amount of Lead used).

Sweet Oil: Increases the productivity of Oil Refineries (without increasing the amount of Oil used).

Chromite: Increases the productivity of Steel Mills (without increasing the amount of Iron used).

Marble: Decreases cost of Infrastructure.

Limestone: Decreases cost of Infrastructure.

Plutonium: Increase the productivity of Uranium Mines.

Whales: Increases food production.

Phosphate: Increases food production.
