Pretty sure missiles and nukes don't need someone else to lead them. In the process, one's "intelligence organization" should possess the Right to it's own name.​I.E.:​Central Intelligence Agency (U.S.A.)​Mossad (Israel)​etc... ​Samedi Strategic Services (S.S.S. for Samedi) Department of Intelligence​etc...
