Static Baseball Player Names

So I keep forgetting to make time to suggest this but here it goes.

I believe there a few like me who have baseball players with certain names and we rename them to the original every time the player retires and gets a new name. Well I really hate doing that so I'm suggesting an option to have a player's name stay the same even when they retire. It gives me less time to care and remember what name they had before.

Yes, I suggested something like this half a year ago, Sheepy liked it, but didn't do anything. I hope this can get implemented soon, it's cluttering up my notifications with shit I don't care about.

Nah, I like naming my players after all the characters from my games and childhood cartoons. I just wish some of the players was not recruited @ 30 and make sure we have a better recruiting system to recruit younger players

... Having to remember our team members' names until we eventually give up and throw it away is meant to keep us active?

Yes please implement this, I'm sick of having to change my baseball players back to something Slavic/Serbian after they retire.
