Uranium Enrichment Project having no effect on production

I built the Uranium Enrichment Project and then increased the number of Uranium Mines to 36.

The revenue page correctly shows what the uranium production/usage should be with the uranium project, 36 mines and 36 nuclear power plants in 18 cities with approximately 2700 infra each.  A Net 12.6 tons of uranium per turn.

The "Turn Revenue Log" page shows a Net 3.6 tons of uranium produced per turn, which is also what I observed per turn for uranium in the list of resource quantities at the top of the nation page.
