Hereno Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 every nation is given 3 division slots per city each supports 5 military improvements full of units, regardless of type (ie. 5 ships = 3k soldiers = 18 planes) alternatively, one can be used on a single nuclear weapon or 5 missiles this provides a limit on military size that is simple and not tied to infrastructure, but to cities it allows for customization of force composition rather than outright caps on each thing and provides a practical automatic limit for both nuclear weapons and missiles it serves as a justification for limits which already exist, it adds an element of limitation that would allow you to reverse the previous changes wrt population count, and at the same time, it makes it impractical to have every military improvement maxed out in every city, because you can't actually max out all 4 categories Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Magicboyd25 Posted February 24, 2016 Share Posted February 24, 2016 Not sure what I think yet, interesting thought, although I do currently like how military improvements are connected to infrastructure, unless I misunderstood the suggestion. So I dont know if I would support this. I imagine if my thought on it was right then it would take a huge reworking of the game mechanics for improvements.
