In addition to this, the same member has continued 2 wars already declared. Another nation is also continuing wars. That's a pretty clear peace violation.

For Clarity, I am the leader of TLE, and yes, one of my guys hit a goons guy. They contacted me, my guy sent peace. Their guy denied peace and kept attacking, so I said let them duke it out. We countered a unprovoked attack from a goons protectorate, then got blitzed.
