  1. Dude, donations are non-refundable, instead of crying for lost money you should make a case on why it was unfair or something.

No one forced you to donate to the game, you made up ur own mind about it so deal with it properly.

That nation has 0 score. Regardless of whether or not they could transfer if they were blockaded, no one can declare war on them anyway. So they could never be blockaded in the first place.

i see ur point but that's incorrect.
if a newcomer applies to an alliance and has one city, he can sell all improvements and infra, get to the same score as that nation you posted, declares, buys a few cities, then that nation can easily loot that bank.

I'd be the first one to advise that nation and help him coordinate that bank heist.

that is a problem yes, but so is the score you get from infra to get troops, if blockaded nations can't send fund then someone could actually steal their bank and they wouldn't have 0 score.

Personally i'd send a newcomer on them and help the newcomer understand the game while he pulls of the heist. We have many new players each day.

ofc when they are blockaded they can't just promote other pplz to have bank access either.

    What about this? https://politicsandwar.com/alliance/id=6045

Do you think this is fine? This is de-facto invulnerable bank looting anyway. Very rarely do banks actually get looted in the status-quo. Eliminating bank looting isn't going to change much in terms of gameplay, it's just going to get rid of a lot of the confusing offshore 1-man alliances.

Having the cap on alliance banks will ensure that you can actually loot more because nations will have to store a lot more money/rss.

i'll point to my former statement:

Premier Jordan is happy to announce, that alongside long time International Ally (MonkeyDLegend) he is starting a new fund to supply underprivileged children from around Orbis, with fresh air. This program is set to begin in 300 days, under a third term.

I will support this cause with 1 billion dollars, those children have to eat!

Problem with that is at a certain point they're spending over a billion to be able to get that new project slot. With these 3 you're looking at 19 project slots to have them all. That's 95,000 infra. That's over 3100 infra in each city in a 30 city nations. And where are you going to cap it? 10? 5? 15?

Great point.  But we're talking a one time cost and a lifetime of bonus from the projects, which i feel is unfair for new players.
Alltho i find it good that it costs alot to get all of them, but i also feel the bonus outweighs the cost long term.

As for the cap, i don't know tbqh. 10 seems too low, 15 is too much.
10 would be good for the game, it would force players play more strategically and be more dependent on other members in their respective alliance. But this would give a huge advantage to big alliances and a dissadvantage to the small ones.

Could also just leave it be as it is and see how it affects the game for a period of time.

The idea is great but we need to cap the projects per nation, atm the big nation with the infra can just get them all and keep their top spot, and gain evcery bonus possible from all the projects.

Getting all the projects would give a huge advantage for the older players while the newer ones can't get all and if they want all it will takke alot of time.

Seems like it would drive down prices. Nobody would want to lose their 5% so everyone would undercut their oppo. I mean this happens now to a degree, hence the desire behind the original suggestion, but effectively fining players for being undercut can only increase it

Could just increase the % of the cost each time you edit/ undercut someone and cap it at 5%.
