I would disagree here, It only hinders the growth of bad alliances and noobs. I bought two of those projects after 60days of raiding with 2cities. They might seem expensive but that also makes it worth saving up for them. I also bought 7 other projects after only 60 days of raiding. They are quite cheap if you get the proper guidance in-game.
