From there, they would attempt to recover explosives dropped off by the Destroyers in the FoNM, before sneaking them into the province to begin their mission. Armed with basic Uzis and shirts attire with Kevlar lining, they were to minimize casualties while maximizing destruction. Each had been given a cyanide pill, as well as had their teeth filed down, nose broken and rehealed, and finger prints seared off to prevent identification.

The under equipped police force would find themselves easy prey to the tactical team sent in. That said, the POWAGs would utilize their heavy machine guns to provide suppressing fire once the forces realized what was happening. The authorities would try to take cover, using their pistols to try and fend off the special forces. As the F-16s patrolled the skies between Umbrella's Tokyo and the great Empire of Japan, a radar anomaly popped up, and the eagle squadron was ordered to investigate. Though the aircraft in question had strong stealth technology, the F-16s had been built for air dominance, and the slow drone, while hard to find, ultimately could not last against the squad of 15 f-16s. The drone itself would ultimately be targeted inside the Umbrella border, while the F-22s would begin returning with the expectation of a full reprisal attack by Umbrella forces. The authorities at the designated locations were ordered to hold off the Unknown force long enough for the Japanese National Gaurd Rapid Mobilization force to arrive with an armoredd division and 2 infantry divisions. Two dozen apache would be scrambled to begin combing city blocks to ensure there was no escape.

"The Japanese fleets will be welcomed to conduct exercises in response, Hollish shipmaster's have been ordered not to engage Japanese forces unless engaged first. However, the exercises will not be conducted in your territorial waters, and thus do not pose a legitimate threat to your interests. Thanks nature of these exercises are Classified, and the Nyugen clan will not be divulging information regarding the exercises until they've begun. Should the Japanese emporer desire, an embassy will be made available as well as a direct line with the Nyugen Clan Head, Edward Nyugen." After doing so, the city would be fortified as an FoB, and used to launch a bombing campign on supply lines while Nyugen forces linked up with PLA forces to assault the Nationalist held cities.
