There's never been a definitive answer to that question, in as long as I've been affiliated with R&R.

I had messaged Sheepy about it about a week ago, and he said thought the issue with the Ampersand was fixed

A few of us from a far, distant, and decaying land, have come to Orbis for a little R&R. We plan on setting up shop here, and making some friends, and possibly share some of our beer. If you ask nicely. Stop on by #rnr on IRC and say hi. And shortly we will be getting a forum setup dedicated to R&R here on Orbis, so we can start getting some embassies rolling.
