A noble goal, but sometimes educating noobs requires some tough love. As it is, given many might describe his current actions as treason, the relatively mild bullying the community is dishing out is not uncalled for.

Thus said literally everyone making an appeal ever. That you have admitted you did wrong is a step in the right direction, it in itself is not sufficient. Nor is a promise to do better. What would make this hypothetical 'last chance' any better then your previous chances?

Normally staff does not ban over what occurs in DMs, there is ofc the occasional exception and SS23 is well with in his right as an admin to make one. Now that circumstance would normally make me at least more willing to sign off on an unban. But that is subject to your previous conduct, so lets take a look at that. Then there is the not small matter of your initial appeal method being to 'hire' people to spam the mods; Which by the way you haven't seemed to have paid them yet, which is rather mean of you given they risk being banned too.
There is about 60 such records between manual warns and automod. So looking at the above, why exactly should you be unbanned?
Oh btw you don't get to choose who the appeal goes to. You have to convince all of the mods.

I mean with a newer better monitor that is actually color accurate I kinda have to agree, but in fairness my plan wasn't to get something perfect. It was get a framework and sheepy to add themeing support so it could be built on by someone with better css.

I'd actually consider preventing that to be making the game worse off. There's been a lot of talk thrown around recently about suggestions that would only really help those too incompetent to solve the problem before it came into existence. I see no reason the Admin should have to play cover for the incompetent decisions of others in picking whom has bank access, nor do i see a reason why anyone who manages to lure people into trusting them with such access should not be rewarded for being more competent than their opponents.
If your bank is taken by a member, who, it seems, has a history of betrayal, among other unsavory things, that is your fault, your problem, and frankly - you deserve it. Mistakes should be punished, else you will never learn.
Now, i'm not particularly enthralled that this thief ran into VM and seems to have no set plan for what he's stolen aside from stealing it. I feel that's a rather irritating waste of potential. Regardless of my feelings on his course of action though, he did manage to fool and rob an alliance which it seems most people did not previously consider particularly foolish, and my dislike of his apparent usage of his spoils is no grounds for making it mechanically impossible for him to do so.
I suppose, true, you could still do it with an accomplice, but i don't see how that would improve anything.Hit the nail pretty much exactly on the head here.

So effectively double the overhead of running an econ department in a lot of areas. This rather significantly hurts wartime/rebuild management and Dio forbid you try running a command economy. If you legitimately feel this is bad for the game you should petition Alex to make bank theft against the rules outright. That being said I agree with Lariah and the Hippo, bank stealing is a valid tactic, just ask kastor. This is ultimately a war game and there should be no assurity of safety in anything.

I couldn't find a thread for naming the IQ - KT and friends war, so uh here we are. Please suggest names for that war here.
I'll give it about 108 hours (4 and half days) before I go through start the vote for this one.
Notes:
- Names more then 4 words long will probably be removed before voting.

I'll give you that the forums appeal process or lack thereof is whack. But your way of addressing it leaves much to be desired. If anything stunts like this make mod teams not want to deal with appeals.

As any reasonable reading of the bolded section includes Discord mods, I'm going to politely demand you produce evidence to support it or retract the statement.
