I'm a fan of Communism and if you haven't noticed us Quarian are not about money. We are about helping our fellow Quarian and allies. We are use to self reliance and bartering. We will implement Socialism in each sector of the country and we will do just fine. Quarians will never join fascism.

The policy states we won't declare any offensive wars. We will however defend ourselves in this war. Us Quarian are generally peaceful creatures even though we like to carry weapons in one hand and pizza in the other. We will not declare war on any nations. We will defend ourselves and send war aide to our allies. Take this as Quarian way of saying we will support our allies but we won't put us in another war when we already have our own problems. If any ESA needs assistance I'll give if in form of aid. If push to comes the Quarians will break this policy if the war turns uglier for ESA or The Speaker gives the order.
