  1. From what I have seen, you're a C4 currently. Food isn't worth producing, especially at such a small size. As an econ member for a major alliance, I know this quite well. Economically speaking, its better to buy food. Your nation wouldn't make enough food to have a decent surplus, it would be mostly going towards your population for consumption and you wouldn't have enough left over to sell for a significant profit. I'm a C14 currently, I buy my food since it isn't really worth farming until at least C20 or higher. Even then you would need the Mass Irrigation project and a lot of land. I think its better to invest in infrastructure or even new cities. (Talk with your alliance for their guidance or direction.) Your main way of making income at this size would be to raid or sell some raw resources you're producing. (Again, talk with your alliance for more guidance on this.) Hope this helps. Also, I hope you enjoy this game. Also, yes, this is quite a late reply. I wasn't paying attention to the date this post was made, lol.
  2. I think it's a bad idea, I sort of find this pointless since the national project "Moon Landing" is already kind of pointless, I kinda find your idea of "rovers" pointless, no offense. You have plenty of resources you could mine or refine depending on the continent, plus you get a bonus for having a certain amount of mines/wells and/or refineries/mills/factories. I believe a new group of resources called "Commodities" are being added in a future update (not really "resources" but you get the idea), which makes the goal of the "rovers" which is to gain "small amounts" of resources sort of pointless and not worth the investment and time into the development of said mechanic. Just a tip, if you want one of the developers to read and potentially incorporate your idea into the game, you have to really go into detail on how something like a "rover" would work as a mechanic in the game. I want you to take this as feedback or constructive criticism. I don't want you to take this the wrong way or discourage you from sharing ideas to make the game better. I see you're a newer player, I'd suggest learning more about this game and the mechanics so you can have more improved and more "in-depth" ideas. Hope you enjoy this game.
  3. Nice. Can't wait for the public application for mods. I've haven't been here too long and I'm straight up addicted to this game (I login daily lol).
  4. Thanks for your feedback! I see some of my ideas may not be the best to be implemented.
  5. Hello, Orbis. I decided to create this post because I believe there are some ways that the game could improve. Create more National Projects to lower the cost of cities. I have 2 examples. Modern Urban Planning Modern Urban Planning is a national project that reduces the cost of building new cities by $200,000,000 per city. It requires 21 cities to build, as well as the Advanced Urban Planning national project. The cost reduction provided by this national project stacks with the Advanced Urban Planning national project. Progressive Urban Planning Progressive Urban Planning is a national project that reduces the cost of building new cities by $400,000,000 per city. It requires 26 cities to build, as well as the Modern Urban Planning national project. The cost reduction provided by this national project stacks with the Modern Urban Planning national project. Increase the production of refineries to 6 raws to 18 refined. The Munitions Factory already turns 6 lead to 18 munitions per factory per day, while the other refineries only turn 3 raws into 9 refined per refinery per day, so it would make more sense to increase the output of the other refineries to match. Remove the 50 soldiers requirement to initiate a ground attack. Some alliances have 0 barracks in their MMR and when a counter arises, I would like to be able to do a ground attack with just tanks when it is needed. Add the ability for ships to destroy military units, currently, they are only able to perform blockades, which can be useful if someone is low on resources critical to war, but a lot of players on here are required to keep a significant war chest due to alliance requirements, so blockades aren't always useful which makes ships kind of useless in war, which is why I would like it to be able to destroy military units just like soldiers, tanks, and aircraft can. Add a new attack called "Bombardment" which will essentially bombard the opponent's military. I'm not sure how exactly it will work or be implemented but that is the basic idea of what the attack is. Maybe add the ability to implement "businesses" into the game. Some people who play the game run their own businesses such as their own personal banks to make a profit, but its done on Discord, since currently there is no mechanic for businesses, so maybe find a way to implement it into the game. I do not really have any specific details on the exact businesses you would be able to choose, However, I would call it "National Business" or something similar. This has been requested multiple times, but please add a new alliance rank system, and base the permission system from the one Discord currently has, but tweak it to suit the needs of alliances and the mechanics of the game. Consider adding projects that boost the productivity of mines/wells. They have it for refineries/factories, so it would make more sense to add projects for raws production as well. This is what I have so far, if you have any feedback or you want me to add more stuff, leave a reply below. I'm open to new ideas.
  6. Camelot made a big mistake on this one.
  7. Thanks! For my first time it did turn out pretty good! Any suggestions for me?
  8. Note: This is my first time roleplaying on the forum. If you have any suggestions or would like to build upon this go right ahead and comment below! Quick Guide: (P) = Carthagian Progressive Party, (D) = Carthagian Democratic Party, (L) = Carthagian Libertarian Party, (C) = Carthagian Conservative Party, (A) = Carthagian Authoritarian Party. Independents are listed as (I) plus the party they caucus with. Ex. (I-P) James: "This is CNMC News (Carthagian News & Media Channel), I am your host, James Carby. Today, the House of Deputies is about to debate a bill which if signed into law by Emperor Leegathus would not only improve infrastructure across the nation but also build up new infrastructure in underserved communities and communities of color and other minorities." "Here's a quick review of the House. The party currently in the majority in the House is the Carthagian Democratic Party (D) which are considered moderate left-wing. Assuming the bill passes in the House, it makes its way to the Carthagian Senate, The party currently in the majority is also the Carthagian Democratic Party (D)." "CNMC is now covering the debate." Dep. John Cruz (D): "Mrs. Speaker, May we start the first debate session?" Spkr. Alexandria Hernandez: "I officially authorize the first debate session, You may begin." (2 hours of debating later...) (Roll call of all deputies, All deputies vote on the bill.) Results: (126 required to pass) (D) 50 yea, 2 nay (52) (P) 33 yea, 0 nay (33) (L) 20 yea, 21 nay (41) (C) 31 yea, 15 nay (46) (A) 10 yea, 31 nay (41) (I) 29 yea, 8 nay (37) Total: 173 yea, 77 nay (Passed) James: "Alright, as you can see on the top left of the screen, The results are 173-77 so it has passed in the House, The emperor says he will sign it "as soon as it hits his desk." Senate President Roger Marcos said that the Senate should be voting on it by next week." "This was CNMC News with James Carby. The next show on CNMC will start right after the commercial break."
