    Effective March 8, 2021, the Special Antarctic Alliance has declared its existence. Currently created and led by two epic people, President Marshall and the most epic Vice President Mr. Long Dong! Be scared Orbis the SAA will slowly take over the world with its policy of armed neutrality. The Special Antarctic Alliances plans to do the generic alliance things like guidance to new players, loans and grants, protection from raiders and government ranks.
