I see the issue, it calculates land per city, not total. Would appreciate a wording change to make that clear. Issue resolved.

What were you doing (or trying to do): Calculating farm production. What happened (describe thoroughly please): According to the formula on farms, production = land area / 25, for one day. I have 5 farms and 1000 land. 1000 / 25 = 40 40 * 5 = 200 My revenue page says I produce 100 food per day. Where did the other 100 go? What were you doing (or trying to do): I was moving my cursor over the pie chart in the Score Breakdown part of my nation page. What happened (describe thoroughly please): When my cursor passes between Cities and Infrastructure, I get a 0.00 for Projects. I don't have any Projects built. I bought and sold soldiers to see if their power display on the chart went away when I had no soldiers and it did.
