  1. Alex's post in City Manager of Other Nations (Pt 2) was marked as the answer
Yeah, I'll make it pop up with an error.
  2. Alex's post in Alliances Permissions was marked as the answer
A member has no real permissions, they're just in the alliance.
An officer can make applicants members, post alliance announcements, and depending on settings use the bank.
An heir can do everything an officer can do, make themselves a leader, and also make people heirs.
A leader has all permissions except removing other leaders.
  3. Alex's post in How many spies should you be able to buy per day. was marked as the answer
Thanks, I'll fix the misinformation. It is 2 per day.
  4. Alex's post in View Global Embargoes was marked as the answer

  5. Alex's post in Resources not being generated even though there are the required production was marked as the answer
This isn't a bug, and has come up before. The answer is, in short, you can't use the iron/bauxite/whatever you're mining now and going to have tomorrow to make the steel/aluminum/whatever today. You need to have the resources on hand, you can't mine them and refine them all in the same turn.
  6. Alex's post in Alliance resources tax rate bug was marked as the answer
I'll see if I can find and fix this bug.

    Found and fixed.
  7. Alex's post in Bank transfer not gone through was marked as the answer
Yes, and the nations who were affected by this bug have been compensated.
  8. Alex's post in Alliance bank transfer to player outside of alliance failed was marked as the answer
I've dealt with it and compensated the nations that make withdrawals but didn't receive the cash. Also, no one appears to have exploited the bug.
  9. Alex's post in Trade Screen was marked as the answer
Not sure what you mean. If you just click "Trade" like you normally have before, that takes you to the global offers page. If you click 'My Offers', it will of course show you only your offers.

Does this help? Unless you're clicking a different link than before (the 'My Offers' link) things work the same.

  10. Alex's post in Nation Creation Issue was marked as the answer
That's interesting. Thanks for the heads up, I'll take care of it.
  11. Alex's post in You can embargo yourself was marked as the answer
Thanks, should be case insensitive now.
  12. Alex's post in Shared Market / Alliance disbandment was marked as the answer
Code should be updated so these auto cancel now.
  13. Alex's post in Ripped off on a Nuclear Power plant was marked as the answer
I have no idea how it could charge you and not give you a nuclear power plant, my best guess is you somehow managed to do it right during the update period and it was immediately reversed. I'll refund you the steel and money.
  14. Alex's post in Alliance Resource taxes was marked as the answer
I think there's a bug where new members aren't updated to the proper resource tax rate. I'm going to see if I can find and squash this bug.
  15. Alex's post in a URL links in in-game message was marked as the answer
Yes, you can use [link] tags. They work like:

    [link=http://google.com]This is google[/link]

Also work in alliance announcement. You should be able to use , , and in messages and announcements as well.
  16. Alex's post in 2 Different Nations? was marked as the answer
No, each player is only allowed one nation. This is a strict rule.
  17. Alex's post in I'm Not in The Rankings? was marked as the answer
You're nation rank isn't necessarily the exact order number your nation will be displayed if there are other nations with the same score as you. You're certainly listed, however.

  18. Alex's post in War Declaration Range Possible Bug was marked as the answer
This is correct. You can't declare war on 10 spots below you, only above. The three nations that you're able to go to war with are within 25% of your score.
  19. Alex's post in Broken Link was marked as the answer
Thanks, it's updated to the Terminus Est pip now.
  20. Alex's post in Embargoes on deleted nations was marked as the answer
    Shouldn't send messages anymore, thanks!
  21. Alex's post in So, Sheepy, you messing with me? was marked as the answer
You guys got it, unless you enter a valid nation ID it'll just display to you your nation.
  22. Alex's post in Do defensive battles consume munitions/gasoline? was marked as the answer
Yes, they do use resources, and yes, Atzuya's link is still valid. For an example, if someone attacks you and you decisively win the battle, you'll use considerably less resources than you normally would. This is to prevent people from attacking you just to force you to use your resources.
  23. Alex's post in Mistake in Auto-Generated War Message? was marked as the answer
I don't recall having this discussion, but this is most certainly an error as Air Superiority is when you have control of the air and you half their tank combat value.
  24. Alex's post in Warn System Flaw? was marked as the answer
It's entirely possible that your warn point count was changed manually at some point, which wouldn't be reflected in a record. It tracks them correctly.

No, this isn't supposed to happen, and was likely an oversight by one of our moderators. When you remove a warning point in a situation like yours, it will automatically default to giving you the punishment for whatever your new warning point count is, but it's supposed to be manually overridden in instances where you're removing warn points. I know you can't use the forums in a situation like this, but if you can manage to get on IRC and contact me or leave me a query, I'd be willing to look into it for you.
  25. Alex's post in Awkward Exploit was marked as the answer
Wow, something I hadn't even considered. While $1,500 at a time would make for a long, tedious exploit, it's good to get this fixed. I've changed it so selling infra with an Autocracy now sells at $250 instead of $300 each.
