It has to do with the policies system, and there is no manual "set custom tax" option, because the policies system also equals the tax rate out to average civilian income. Yukon Don Posted October 19, 2015 Share Posted October 19, 2015 It is automated from the policies as discussed above, and Sheepy has stated that it is designed to be irrelevant to revenue calculations.
