The absolute leader and can veto anything the Admiralty Board and the Conclave decisions. The Admiraly Board. The Admiralty Board is now control of Foreign Affairs and Military jurisdiction. This saying besides the Overlords control, the Admiralty Board will control the Quarians Armed Forces. Each Admiralty board member will control military matters in their district. The Admiralty Board will also work together in the face of war. The Quarians Military personnel will only answer to the Admiralty Board or the Overlord The Conclave. A representative of the people. Each representative will be selected by their flotilla's district. The Jury Agency. Each flotilla's district will hold one judge to handle any civil matters(I.E suing disputes, criminal trials, and etc.) Thank you for reading this important message.
