Kamea Arano Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 Update on the Martial Law Seoul was placed under lockdown this afternoon as citizens of Seoul clash with Military personnel. The violent clash left 63 people dead, 173 injured. During the riots the military has made 82 arrests and the riot is still ongoing. Riot teams have deployed Tear Gas and flashbangs to disperse the crowd.
