Change daily buy limit on air to 1/3rd similiar to troops.

Buying max aircrafts daily probably is the most expensive thing other than maybe tanks to max buy daily, Changing it so you can buy 1/3rd your maximum daily would make even more expensive to max buy daily, but would make it possible for people to keep trying to fight conventionally; as long as they have enough resources and cash to afford to keep trying to double buy air, even if daily limit is boosted where it would matter if they do.

So doing so people can buy 1/3rd daily would do so rather than one side in war often just reduced to nuke turreting & pointless to even try buying any air; both sides could keep trying to fight conventionally if they have the resources to afford it & other side lets them keep refilling on resources if they don't already have a huge amount on hand.

So boosting air daily buy would make trying to fight back conventionally more possible even after having been depleted if someone wants to keep trying to win conventionally. Would encourage people to have more resources on hand & more tactics for people to use once their has been destroyed beyond nuke turreting. So would probably also help with inflation on resources if people think that's an issue if people can buy more of their cap daily on air; since even currently at 1/5th it costs a lot of aluminum to max buy air daily. Would be even higher if at 1/3rd. So would allow alliances to keep up the conventional fight longer if they have the resources to afford it. Which I think would be a good thing.

Rather than trying to nerf few ways people can fight back still once air is gone, should do so if people can afford it still; more possible to fight back in ways other than just nukes. (Should maybe change it to 1/3rd for all types of units. Ships also, so people can try fighting conventionally longer & burn through resources faster fighting.
