Can't rename a city - error in chacarter count

Hello. I can't rename my city, even though the character count it under 40 symbols.

1) What were you doing (or trying to do):

I'm trying to change the name of my city from "Avallóne, the Haven of the Eldar" to "Avallónë, the Haven of the Eldar"

2) What happened (describe thoroughly please):

I get the message "City Name Change Error. Your city name must be between 3 and 40 characters."

I tried the same change a few weeks ago and it worked, but there was a problem - I was inserting Avallónë, but the name displayed was something like Avallóne;

It's not the problem of the ë symbol, as I already have another city successfully using it: https://politicsandwar.com/city/id=991667

That is weird. The letter limit is 50 and i named one Heard It In A Love Song and it did it

Sorry about that; I should have this fixed now.

The special characters aren't themselves the issue, but they were getting turned into HTML entities, so something like ë gets turned into ë which is actually 5 characters. Because you were close to the limit, that's why it gave you the error.

I should have that fixed now, but please let us know if it's not working now as intended.
