Of Immortals and Atlanteans

 

Deep beneath the vast ocean lived a race of powerful creatures called the Atlanteans. They were wise and powerful beyond mortal men, renowned for their magical prowess and great intellect. 

For months they had stayed hidden from the rest of the world, content to keep their secrets to themselves and live in peace amongst the countless species inhabiting Orbis.

 

But things began to change when an opportunity to reunite with old allies came. In response, the Atlanteans chose to come out of hiding and join forces with the Immortals, an ancient race of immortal beings who had also lived since the dawn of the world. Together, they created a powerful alliance and vowed to protect eachother from all harm.

 

The Atlanteans and Immortals then put pen to paper and drafted a defense treaty—a document that spelled out the mutual obligations of each party and how they would protect each other in times of need. It was a historic moment, one that forever changed the course of history as it opened the door to a new era of cooperation and understanding between these two powerful races.

 

Article One:

 Mutual Defense

 

Both parties will come to the aid of the other in defensive wars declared on one another.

 

Article Two:

Optional Aggression

 

Either party may join in on offensive campaigns started by the other.

 

Article Three:

Non-Aggression

 

Both parties agree to pursue peaceful resolutions to any conflict between eachother.

 

Article Four:

Sovereignty

 

Both parties acknowledge each other's sovereignty, and agree to not interfere with the other party’s Internal Affairs.

 

Article Five:

Intelligence

 

Both parties agree to share pertinent information about the safety and wellbeing of the other or their interests.

 

Article Six:

Cancellation

 

If either party wishes to withdraw from this agreement, they are required to give a 72 hour notice.

 

The defense treaty was quickly ratified by Ocean Master Atlan and Scratchy The First, and it serves as the foundational document for the peaceful existence of the Atlanteans and Immortals. Their alliance stands strong, protecting Atlanteans and Immortals both from Orbis and ensuring that no cosmic or earthly power threatens the safety and wellbeing of each other.
