Trade sent to wrong recepient

Tried to trade with an alliance mate.  I click on his nation and sent a trade through his nation profile.  It ended up going to someone else.  Details:

My best guess is that you accidentally changed the dropdown box from "Personal" to "Global" and the other nations just happened to accept it before anyone else did.

Wondering if you can reverse that transaction as is not fair for someone to just get $ 300K for another's mistake (if any) . and I notice that nation who accepted it bought a 2nd city with it.

I guess I could have did this, however I went into the target nation and sent the aid that way, so I dont know that I would be messing around with the personal to gobal options.

 

  In any event, I have messenged the other nation to see if he could rturn.

 

  I was just concerned the database and code in the game were functioning properly, which sound like they are.

As far as I know everything is functioning properly, this is a 1 in 1,000,000 occurrence which I imagine must've just been do to a misclick.

It happened once to me back in alpha, because I am dumb. The guy gave me my money back, though, which was nice.
