One line to clarify, of course, is that Self-Destruct causes the Pokemon that uses it to faint.

Context:

 

-Gensokyo (the complainant's nation name) is a realm of spirits in the Touhou series of games..

-Touhou, in its earlier incarnations DOES have terrible art (essentially MSPaint), but recently more competent artists took over the job.

-Daimaku games (of which Touhou is a member) refer to Japanese "bullet hell" games wherein the player is expected to navigate a relatively slow-moving bullet pattern to stay alive with an aircraft surrogate (in this case, magical girls or paranormal spirits who happen to have an underage depiction).

-Dutch wives refer to blow-up dolls. Animu pillows refer to pillows of anime characters that an anime fan may choose to hug as they sleep.

-Gelbooru is an anime and anime pornography website.

-Hakurei (ruler name of the complainant) happens to be the Touhou character Reimu's last name, and waifu is a semi-ironic appellation for imaginary girlfriends anime fans adopt.
