Problem: Planes are currently the most OP unit in the game, they also have the lowest resource cost to max out per city. 270 Aluminum per city to max planes. It's 375 Steel for ships per city, and 1250 steel for tanks per city ( Less if this goes through ).

Solution: Increase the price of Aluminum for planes.
