This is a saying of the communist yugoslavs translated to the Medical Language also known as Latin. The so called dead language. We, the Ottomans do not have to not talk in Turkish only, Every language is a language of many peoples, loved by many and it exists for a purpose and we won't forbid for it to be not talked but we encourage it! Yes you must know Turkish but the more languages you now the more you are worth.

The Kosovars and Bosnians from Sandžak are under SoE defence as these two areas were known to be in war and to feel genocide many times without being able to fight back. Now  as the Ottomans are back at these Two we have ensured their protection, and with the Sandžak conquest , we have established the Bosian Eyalet , the Bosnian Political Provincial Entity of the Ottoman Empire and it will go from The Unsko Sanski canton to the Sandžak but this time it won't fall to genocide but under a prosporous protection of the Ottomans.

I will see what happens after this, will there be someone who will stand up to the Corrupt regime in these countries and do what is better for them and more importantly , for their kids. Now something odd. Talking to the Kosovar Population, BROTHERS! Do you recognize this man?" a war criminal from the kosovo war was presented right next to the Sultan with him not being tied and the Sultans hands being behind his back. He would put a hand on the criminals shoulder and he'd gesture him to tell them while the Kosovar Population was in fear. The Criminal Stuttered "I... I am sorry for all this pain we have brought to you. I have done mine and I am paying for it now but I do regret it, regret it to the fullest that I have missed a chance of living as a free man with a happy family and being ensured a workplace. And regular holidays... I am just sorry." he shed a tear and went on his knees having a breakdown.
"We have turned a Fearless Criminal into a regretful human. I think this won't be your appeasement brothers but the sentence of him will be shortened. I am aware that he would not even deserve death as the penalty would be too mild, and even though he was a monster that lead to many deaths, he was and is a human, he did what he was ordered to. And from the many books and other ways of getting information, I have learned that some people do deserve a second chance and that they are not to blame with a messed up first chance.
