He is the "Para Makinesi" of SoE aka the Head of Economics. He has arranged a meeting with the Sultan and presented some ideas. At the first day, only one was approved and it is for 70 Plastic Factories to be produced throughout the Empire. Each factory would house 5000 People to be put as employees and fully it would bring it to 350 000 More Employed Citizens. The Estimate of the GDP improvements would be 750 Billion, while the Factories would only cost 300 Million.
