"The Regime formally declares war on MogCorp"

*The Regime seeing an opportunity would strike. The help of the Spartan satellites and the equipment from MoG in the Pacific along with the RSS would be used to locate and target each MogCorp Aircraft carrier with 5 Zeus rods, unloading a total of 180 rods. Simultaneously to this the RSS would then focus on and unload 3k missiles on Mogcorp satellites and their lunar base with the speeds of each missile topping around Mach 5-6 . Finally the Space elevators would find 3 Zeus rods targeting each of them dropping another 9 rods. The rods would all fall down at Mach 10, moving at 7615 miles per hour. The multitude of rods would come from separate rod satellites so that should one miss or by some miracle be hit the other 2 would come in from another angle or area. The Regime homeland defenses would be placed on high alert as it was expected that MoG Corp might get off some counter attacks or even rods before the space strikes became effective. There was also the possibility that all MoG Corp rods would drop from space and as such the regime would still take the actions as crippling Mogcorp would benefit the world whether the Regime population survived or not. Along with the other assults the Regime would unload 50 more Zeus rods on any remaining ships blockading Gibraltar. And the UMB would begin firing on and targeting any enemy ships in the region or near the Regime lands.

The last of Regime Zeus rods would be ready to drop where needed with actual fingers on the trigger, as would be everything else in the Regime military. In fact the T-Spheres would be on high alert around the nation and outside the RSS considering the T-Sphere project would have just finished. 1k AMAZO droids would be prepped in order to counter as well*

 

(OOCly I should note that the 180 rods is only targeting the 36 aircraft carriers. And that 1 Zeus rod essentially amounts to this....

Preparations for far more fireworks than the regime had been prepared for a day of cleansing the planet, and today was as good as any. Planetary Shielding prevented a majority of the rods from god from reaching their destination, crackling against the protective barrier that covered the entire planet. However it was not completed in the Asian continent and would be the weakest portion of the shield. The devastation to the satellite network was unfortunate but did not completely remove the protection from orbital bombardment. The naked lady was hit by almost a  missiles but the damage was manageable due to redundancies built into the design. The Riau Islands found themselves caught under a rain made up of carbon, a radius of several thousand miles surrounding would be met with similar fates, recovery could take years to recycle and repair the tens of thousands of miles worth of debris that began to fall back to planet.

THINGS MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE GONE KABOOM IN GIBRALTAR AND COMMUNICATION WITH THAT AREA IS DEPENDENT UPON NEIGHBORS OPINIONS AS TO WHAT OCCURED.

The only fortunate aspect was the destruction of the array and elevator freed up significant power supplies to allow for usage within Rapture, first opening a door to the Penguin View Island Resort to allow guests to get to a safe location away from the !Xu that would find its own defense systems on alert for antibombardment, laser systems mixed with kinetic weaponry to soften and then explode to turn into much smaller pieces to minimize the damage inflicted, the enhanced structures design allowing for an armor of sorts.

In the space above São Tomé, The MoG[Corp] Solar Warden Fleet had been grouped together expecting aliens to be their primary focus, but usage against the planet had always been a possibility due to the massive starbase of The Regime. Warden Fleet, made of a dozen Battlestars and Minokawas began firing their lasers upon opposing satellites that were intending to destroy the two remaining elevators. Several of the new variants of Space Fighter were put out in squadrons of four, combined with a trio of squadrons of SF-14C/D Shootingstars to augment the Vipers and SF-11C Avengers launched from the fleet and launch a counter assault upon the enemy's starbase, as well as to destroy enemy kinetic weaponry.

The hole left within the shield however, made certain that corporate bombardment was possible. Targeting Regime naval forces, a pair of rods would be dropped upon each capital ship, with a single one targeting everything else down to a frigate that was alongside the carriers receiving a pair. As a further statement, a single rod would be targeted in between Hungadada, Laurentia, and Scandanavia, off the coast of Britannia's capital, and one off the coast of Tokyo for good measure.

Continued work upon further M.O.Bs would be ceased immediately to be re purposed to the replacement of vessels lost to the surprise attack by the former ally. Rather than Greed, now Wrath would be displayed.(OOC: 5 days per group as before, In order from red being critical down to purple, which would make for an additional expansion of the navy), though it would take a significant amount of time to replace the losses, they were deemed acceptable to allow for a change in conversation.

      If not already destroyed by the Tsunami that stretched deep across Australia over the outback before finally slowing down, then the remaining naval force of the regime would be sunken with the exception of the 10 carriers who were rounding the tale of South America. The regime however did manage to get a few IFO airborn before the waves extending miles high crashed down. roughly 54% of the IFO were caught in the waves, the rest were moved to Sydney where T-spheres from perth, and Melbourne would convene. the entire south of Australia would be the working zone of the Regime with 1050 AMAZO droids, 400 T-sphere and 6400 IFO.

     Diana and the rest of the Regime government would be in bunker when Barry Allen sped in with lightning in his eyes.* "I told you to make a preemptive strike, not destroy the entire planet!" *she would look at him furious that he would undermine her in front of everyone* "I did what was best for our nation and our allies! that warmonger has blockaded all of our allies, cut off their supplies, thought we would be too foolish to strike back, that we might wait unti he has shredded our allies!" *barry listened to her points but even then it was wrong* "So instead you just kill the entire planet? have you seen how far the water has come? all those families dead!" *lightning sparked from his hands and feet as he moved just before her sword stretched out to where he formerly stood. he saw there was no going back for her and in a nanosecond landed over a hundred punches before stopping and allowing her to fall unconscious to the floor. There was a small gasp in the room but many were glad it was finally done.

      He would grab her limp body and run quickly in a circle opening the Speedforce and tossing her into the prison. there was a small silence as they both vanished but once he returned he barked orders left and right to ready the counter measures. he would take this war and finish it.* "Atom, Shazam, Vibe, take a team of androids and gather the citizens you can find. each of you take a sector of the nation and scavenge what you can find. Lantern I want you to open Oa up for our people, they will have to go there until we can figure out the next more. Fate, Get the team from the lunar base and go to the RSS, I want full defense systems running. SASHA find the proper trajectory and drop whats left in the Zeus rods, we can't let them go to waste. Bruce, Clark, I want you two studying tactic and send 500 IFO to help defend the RSS." *he stopped for a moment and those whom he had given orders left on their way. Hal walked up to him* "and what of the DEO? where do you want them?" "I want you guys to all help the populous adjust. I hope it's a lot"  *Roy would plant a small kiss before he and his team departed as well.

 

OVERVEIW OF WHAT JUST HAPPENED

The regime would send 500 IFO to the RSS. the remaining Zeus rods would pinpoint right overtop of specific locations lanting half anf half over south africa and Gibraltar. T-spheres would line up to counter enemy attacks against the RSS and homeland. the entire Regime navy would be demolished except for 10 carrier groups in south South America. 500 AMAZO droids would begin moving civilians and survivors to Oa. and Barry Allen now stands as sole leader of the Regime.
