MoG[Corp] had several explicit motivations and letting anyone disregard them, even those who wished to be on friendly terms with the company would be perceived as weakness. The long term consequences of allowing such behavior would be potentially catastrophic to the great game being played between Walpurgis, Britannia, and MoG[Corp] and so the first nation to ignore the dominion of the company over Africa would be responded to with a message that could not be misinterpreted. A few dozen containers were delivered to the Bahrain airbase to expand the armory available, at the same time the base staffing was rotated and minimized. SOE personnel would only really notice that the new staffing was a bit rougher around the edgers and curt in any idle conversation.

The Mobile Offshore Base, the aptly named Extra Mainland, became a hub for aircraft and preparations for the punishment had begun, not taking a significant amount of time or effort due to an invasion of a very similar location already having been in the cards for quite some time now. Having a military presence so close to SOE's had meant that radar signatures, radio wavelengths, and a lot of other useful information were incredibly easy to identify, and the half million troops in Rub' al Khali prepared to invade Britannia only had to go northeast instead of northwest. Static would gradually cut into SOE communication lines in the Arabian peninsula before completely shutting them off, intensive jamming from AEWS would spoof signals to SOE radar installations, giving them a screen of nothing as four of the trojan whales launched their salvos, primary targets being military structures and airfields to deny a chance for a retaliatory strike. 

139,776 missiles sailed from the Indian Ocean and Arabian Sea, with roughly 2500 of them being a special variant designed to provide further spoofing signatures, making the devastating force appear five times larger than it actually was, and antiair/missile defenses would find their targeting computers massively overwhelmed. The field armies waiting to invade Britannia would have to settle for the SOE for now, having begun moving as the missiles were launched. As this occurred, the Bahrain base would find itself under attack on the ground, shoulder fired missiles were used to destroy as much of the air defenses as possible and while it was expected to be a tactical loss, at the same time 

In the air, 30 squadrons of F-1A Impundulus crossed the Gulf of Aden or south from Extra Mainland, with eight MQ-90 Gaunab slaved to each, acting as advance scouts to determine enemy air presence as subunits of four(making for three subunits per squadron) of the fighters worked to ensure safe passage for the dozen squadrons of B-2 stealth bombers to drop their payloads shortly after the missile salvo from the trojan whales had landed to further eliminate military resistance.

SOE, unable to Retaliate, asks for Peace from Mog[Corp]. With the suprise and mass attack on SOE mainland. The act of pushing into Africa was not meant to be a threat or anything but to establish a supporting line for the new Nation of Resoria. After the landing at the Angolian Isolated Province, that the Ottomans used as a Massive Trade Route for Resoria, but after Resoria cutting all relations with SOE, it has decided to leave. The War between Mogatopia and SOE was an event that would happen without a doubt, The Sultan has wanted to make it not happen by already evacuating the African Piece of Land that was deemed worthless now. 
In Short Words, SOE has already made a removal of units and the claims of the African Lands as it was useless now, before the Occurance of war.
