Rimski Posted February 5, 2017 Share Posted February 5, 2017 (edited) Socialist Ottoman Empire had talks with the Nation of Chernigov about The Silver BondSocialist Ottoman Empire wanted the Anatolian Peninsular from the nation of Chernigov because there was Turkish Population in that Area.The Minister of Foreing Affairs Enver Yevus talked with the Minister of Foreing Affairs from the Nation of ChernigovThey have talked about the "Turkish Question" -Izmir Confference 5.2.2017The Nation of Chernigov was willing to give only the Provinces in Anatolia , it was not willing to give any of European Territory.The 3 Provinces controlled by the Nation of Chernigov is now given to Socialist Ottoman Empire.The Sultan is satisfied with this decision of Chernigov and it has changed the opinion of the Nation.The Sultan wants to get closer to the nation and make better relations with the Nation of Chernigov.The Problem between the Socialist Ottoman Empire and Chernigov has smoothered.The Sultan is now ready to join the Silver Bond as it already saw a good picture in the other members of it , now it sees a good picture in SOE's former RivalThe Straits are controlled by both nations , 1/2 is Ottoman Controlled and the other half is Chernigov controlledOttoman Borders arent that strictly guarded after the confference.The Sultan is willing to make an Ebassy in Chernigov and make a future in which these two nations are good Allies.
