IPSO did not benift the Other Powers of Hungadada and Chernigov. They benefit the Elite of Iberia. The comments of their leaders, and their view against their own european friends is sickening. France will pay what ever monetary issues that may have arisen as it is a fact, Resvernan paid half of the cost alongside France. Alongside this note, France will consider Economical Sanctions if IPSO economic sanctions are continued. France left IPSO because their Foreign Policy costed them their true allies, and costed them their friends. France holds its true allies close, and we will not look back with regret. We still hold Resverna to a high standard as we always had, and we will always be open to diplomatic dialogue.
