WISD0MTREE Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 If they can't control Mexico, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Venezuela and Russia I doubt you would have a chance of persuading Texans who lean far right on the political spectrum to join OPEC.
