This is a messy operation. However the progress has been gaining traction. The purpose of this building is to host larger, and more international scale events. Such as conventions, diplomatic meetings, large events, investments and trade, expos.etc. The Nova Center's foundation is almost complete in the later months of construction. As you can tell, it is almost level with the streets. Later onwards, the actual construction of the center has begun. Now, the Nova Center's shell is being outlined. Thank you, we've planned long and hard. The first year is fully booked for conventions and expos. However the DIplomatic offices and boardrooms are always available for surprise meetings/visits.
