Lannan13 Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 Recently in a recent vote the Brotherhood of Kyro Congress has voted to Privatize Social Security in Kyro based on the Chilean model. The vote was 16 votes aye to 9 votes in negation. The bill is bellow. Social Security Privatization Act Article 1: Due to the impending insolvency of Social Security the Brotherhood of Kyro shall privatize Social Security based on the Chilean modal. Article 2: The current Social Security accounts shall be transferred over the next 10 years into private accounts which shall be used as stock and brokerage on the Kyrian Stock market. Section 1: Those who have their accounts may choose whether or not to invest or what to invest in. Section 2: If decided on by the owner of the private account the brokerage may invest their money as they wish. Section 3: The tax paying workers may select to place 5-20% of their wages into these private accounts. This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage and all laws in interference with Section 4: The Tax paying workers may select an opt out for the Social Security account, but may re-enter if they wish at any time. Article 3: The Federal Government shall require that each private account must grow no less than 7% each year. Section 1: In the case of a violation of Article 3, the government shall fine these groups to make-up the short come. Section 2: These companies may not use the money from these private accounts to pay for these fines. Article 4: In the case of an economic downturn, the Federal Government shall subsidize the market private account brokerages by 50% Article 5: The money in these account may become available to the owners of the private accounts at age 60. Section 1: If the owner of the accounts die then the money of the account shall become instantly available to the nearest living relative in their family. That is actually protected in another bill of mine known as the Worker Benefits Act.
