Aerys Targaryen
I would like to suggest two notifications, 1. Bank notification - When someone sends money/resources to alliance bank, nations which have permission to withdraw from the bank gets a notification along with the transaction note. 2. Announcement notification - When someone replies to an announcement, the original poster of that announcement gets a notification.
