Raw Resource Projects
Similar to the existing Steel mills and Uranium Enrichment program projects, this projects would increase the amount of resources produced by mines and oil wells. For example a "Oil Fracking" or "Off-Shore Oil Rigs" project. There is also the question of balancing these projects, in the example of "Oil Fracking" this could be an increase in pollution of oil wells, or in the case of "Off-Shore Oil Rigs" an increase in the upkeep cost of oil wells. This same general principle can be applied to other resources (bauxite, coal, iron and lead) of an increase in the units produced at an increased upkeep or increased pollution output, these projects could be things like "Blast Mining", "Improved Blast Furnaces", additionally, only one Project could potentially work for both iron and bauxite, as the two use similar mining techniques, and are never both present in the same place.
Downsides:
If upkeep is the balancing factor it will have little effect on larger nations whilst heavily impacting smaller nations.
If pollution is the balancing factor it will have a greater effect on larger nations, whilst not having much effect on smaller nations that make little revenue off of tax anyway
Will likely reduce the value of raw resources with the increase in supply, but this should also reduce the cost and market price of the final product, so it can be an upside depending on how you look at it
Alliance Trading
What I am suggesting here is that within the alliance trade offers, the alliance itself would be able to buy and sell resources from the bank. This doesn't change all too much, as currently people can remove resources from the alliance bank and trade those, or sell resources and place money into the bank. This is just to cut out the middle man and to make that process a little simpler. It also means alliance don't need to make as many withdrawals from their bank to get resources to their members, meaning that the bank records are a little less cluttered.
Tax Records
Yes I know these already exist, I am just suggesting that the tax record system be a little more user friendly by having a search feature. Allowing me to say search the tax records of a particular nation, of nations on a particular tax or of a certain size (i.e. score or number of cities) or to get all the tax records from a particular day without having to scroll through and find it
