I will say that you and ripper make valid points, but the thing is most of arrgh isn't that skilled in raiding. So, pretty much what I've said in the last 100 comments. The core with stay pretty well off, while the members start to flake off.

Tell me how your common arrgh member can raid while being hammered and zeroed on ground. Blockaded and empty of resources. I've already said, arrgh core knows what to do and how to do it, most don't, and will grow very tired of war. They will flake away till leadership decides to turn things around. On the other hand, my guys like war and have wanted arrghs slots for quite a while. They can last an extended conflict. Enjoy this guys, its for all those times I said no 😘

From spy reports i can tell you they don't have enough to effectively raid while blockaded and cycled efficiently.

Exactly Trying to win a traditional war on arrgh with stats is impossible. Anyone that has brains enough to worry about can see that. The only way to hurt arrgh (not kill, again impossible) is to hurt their way of life, their raiding. What makes them arrgh. If we can blockade and ground dominate them long enough they will start to flake away. The core and idea will always be there, Arrgh will always be there. Perhaps now they will think twice about double standards, and how they communicate with other entities that have far more capabilities then them.
