in my honest opinion so long as there are no specific rules in PW that banned us from attacking specific nation, all nation whether it's in an alliance or not is a fair game as long as the raiding nation ready with the consequences In my opinion, nation that have little to no army even though they belong in an alliance are "cash cow to be milked" so in regards to yuktobanian here, what makes his raiding action against lone nation justified while he make a motion against us? sorry if a bit OOT
